Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

 

How do limited drops work?
Limited drops are available to order for a 2-week only period 
For example, Bloodline our current drop is available to order from January 5th - January 19th
After January 19th all pre-orders are created by our manufacturing team.

How long do limited drops take to be shipped?
All limited drops typically take 3-4 weeks for production to be completed once the pre-order period is closed.
After this 3–4-week period we allow 7-10 business days for shipping to be completed.

Are limited drops repeated?
No! Once a limited drop's pre-order period is finished that's it.
Limited drops are never to be repeated.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How do I exchange an item?
Contact our customer service team (admin@illustrioussupply.com) with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process. All exchanges need to follow the guidelines in our returns policy which can be found in the footer on the homepage

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are your products true to size?
Our products are predominantly oversized. All products have sizing advise in the product description.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not right now. But this is something we are working on incorporating to our site.
