Shipping policy

1) ORDERS

All orders from each drop are typically process within 1-5 business days after payment has been made

Processing, Shipping and Deliveries are non-applicable on weekends and public holidays

 

2) SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERIES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed. Rates will vary depending on your location and postal services required

International shipping is typically 7-10 business days from dispatch

Delays in shipping may occur due to courier delays, customs, weather impacting and other variables beyond our control

 

3) TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed you will receive your tracking number via email, tracking numbers can typically activate within 24-48hours

 

4) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Taxes, Import/Customs fees and solely the customers responsibility and are not included in the product cost.

 

5) SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

Due to legal reasons, we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES. Customers must provide a residential address for shipping or a workplace address for shipping

Larger/Bulk order may incur additional fees at checkout

 

6) LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN

Illustrious Supply are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

If you incur any of the above problems, please contact the listed courier service and file your report with the courier.

7) SHIPPING INFORMATION

All customers are responsible for filling out the correct information at checkout. Please check to make sure the information you have entered is correct.

If re-shipping is required due to returned items because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be applied to rectify the issue

 

8) PRE ORDERS

As many of our items are "Pre-Orders" they are made to order after a specified window

Production of orders will commence after the pre-order window is closed,

Example: Jan 1-Jan 14 (Pre-Order), Production will begin on the following business day. If Jan 14 is a Saturday, production will begin on the following Monday (Jan 16)

Please note we allow 3-4weeks for production from the close of the pre-order window

If you have ordered readily available items and pre-ordered items at the same time, we will typically ship all items together to save on your shipping costs unless stated otherwise
